Under the leadership of Master Stylist Carla Yamanaka, the Mizu Team demonstrates proficiency in their work through required training/apprenticeship programs. Every member of the team regularly attends AVEDA Advanced Education and industry events to continuously expand their knowledge and build their skill set.

We use only Aveda products for our color treatments. Aveda color is 96%-99% naturally derived using only plant power without petrochemicals and other phthalates. The color products are infused with certified organic conditioning oils that include sunflower, castor, jojoba, babassu and coconut oils. The combination of these oils result in amazing luster. Our color services include Customized Painting, Paneling, Highlighting, Balayage and Color correction

Our stylists are required to attend advanced classes and trade shows as well as in-salon hands on classes. We attend shows such as the Aveda Jam in San Francisco and Aveda Congress in Minneapolis. We also have the honor of inviting distinguished educators into our salon for hands-on workshops. Education is the key to keeping up with the latest trends and fashion as Mizu professionals constantly renew their technical skills and passion.

To avoid a fee of $75 and up you must cancel your appointment 24-hours prior to your appointment. 
Cancellations within 4 hours – or “no-show” – may be charged the full amount of the service.
